They did the same thing with S tier heroes/insignia pull💔
Like in weapons, you atleast get a guaranteed S tier in 6 pulls of 10x chest.
But in heroes, I'm currently getting 6x magic hats on average 10x pulls. (16x / 24x extreme rare cases)
So someone have to invest 24-26 times in 10x pulls for a guaranteed S tier hero/insignia.
Better to save up gems until devs do something about it.
Worse luck for me. Just pulled 10x10keys, and got no S-items at all. 😢

I wish we could trade in s grade items for others. I never get stuff that is useful for my build. I have a bunch of stuff I'll never use.
The current probability is based on the first time you get the equipment. The more you open the equipment box, the more likely it is to be a gacha structure that keeps increasing until you reach the ceiling. It's easier to see because the regular Epic has more trials than S Epic, but you can easily feel that the probability of coming out 7th to 9th is higher than the probability of coming out 1st to 3rd. This is not 100% certain, but many mobile games often use this gacha method
