Yo sir, wanna ask question, in stat we have skill reduction and basic attack dmg reduction, in new world the reduction cap to 75%, and that mean for sum ppl don't reach new world yet have a big chance to maximize reduction, but why sum ppl have 100% dmg reduction (skill or basic attack) still take a massive damage?can u explain about reduction mechanism,and did skill reduction mythic in game (like warvet) doesnt good anymore if we have high reduction in our stats?
